• When you book online, the time you select is your appointment or drop-off time. For servicing, this is the time to drop your vehicle off; we will contact you when it is ready for collection.
• A booking is a request for our services at the selected time. We will do our best to accommodate every booking, but we may occasionally need to contact you to rearrange.
• Prices for services such as servicing depend on your vehicle, the parts and oil required, and will be confirmed with you before any work begins.
• If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible on 01358 721666.

Our services

All work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Any quotes or estimates given are based on the information available at the time and may change once the vehicle has been inspected. We will always seek your approval before carrying out additional work.
